Sheffield named as investment hotspot for 2022

It’s fantastic to see Sheffield named as one of the property investment hotspots of 2022 in a recent article in Property Investor Today.

The article by Advantage Investment reports: “Sheffield is one of the most valued cities in the UK, with an average property worth of £169,464 making it a hotspot for investors. Not only is it a valuable city for a variety of reasons, but there is also a fast-rising housing demand. By 2039, the population of 575,400 is expected to rise by 80,000, resulting in high demand for new homes.

“Sheffield is home to prestigious universities and a sizable student population, which contributes to the city’s rising population as a substantial number of students stay in the city after graduation.”

Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, and Scotland were other areas named in the report as growing investment hotspots for 2022.
