Sheffield Mind becomes Redbrik Foundation’s chosen charity for December

Written by Redbrik . #Charity & Community

The Redbrik Foundation is thrilled to announce Sheffield Mind as its charity of the month this December.

Each month, the Foundation selects one charity from the South Yorkshire and Derbyshire area to receive a donation to help them continue their amazing work within our community.

Sheffield Mind has been delivering mental health services in the city for over 40 years, providing life-changing support to those with multiple and complex mental health needs.

From promoting greater mental health awareness with its Time To Change campaign to offering emotional well-being and counselling services to both adults and young people, Sheffield Mind is doing excellent work across the area.

Marketing Manager at Redbrik, Thea Bateman, went down to meet the team at Sheffield Mind last week. She said: “It was fantastic to learn more about the incredible work Sheffield Mind does and their plans to help and support even more people in the new year, which we hope our donation can help with.

“From all of us at Redbrik, we would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Sheffield Mind - we are incredibly grateful for the work you do.”

Since it was established in 2020, the Redbrik Foundation has donated tens of thousands to local charitable causes, including Ashgate Hospice, Sheffield Children’s Hospital, Whirlow Hall Farm, Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice, Paces, St Luke’s Hospice, Fairplay and Pathways of Chesterfield.
