We are currently on the lookout for three fantastic staff members to join the Redbrik team across our offices in Sheffield and Chesterfield!

 

The current vacancies we have available are:

Sales Manager (Maternity Cover) – Chesterfield

Hours of work: Monday to Friday (9 am – 5:30 pm) and one in four Saturdays (9 am – 4 pm)

As a sales manager, you will be at the forefront of our business, showcasing our brand and talking passionately about our beautiful homes.

You will need honesty, integrity, and bags of confidence to deliver a gold-standard service to every single client. Our ideal candidate will have sales and negotiation experience, alongside great life skills and good general knowledge.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

Salary: OTE £25,600 – £34,500.

Please note this is a maternity cover role, which will last a minimum of 6 months. There may be opportunities to extend the role or offer a permanent contract, but we cannot guarantee this.

 

 

Lettings Representative (Full-time) – Sheffield

Hours of work: Monday to Friday (9 am – 5.30 pm) and every third Saturday (9 am – 4 pm).

At the very forefront of our business, as a Lettings Representative you will be able to talk passionately about properties as well as negotiating new tenancy applications and developing investor relationships.

Previous lettings experience is useful but not essential.

Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent sales skills, as well as honesty, integrity, and bags of confidence in order to deliver a gold standard service to every single client.

Salary: OTE £23,000 to £28,000, subject to experience.

 

 

Asset Manager (Full-time) - Sheffield

Hours of work: Monday to Friday (9 am - 5.30 pm) and one in three Saturdays (9 am - 4 pm).

As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for our growing lettings portfolio and be able to understand what each landlord is looking for in a tenant.

Within this role, you must be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills as you look after a portfolio of properties. Our Asset Managers handle the lettings journey from a successful application to the end of the tenancy, plus a full management service for Landlords.

We are looking for a confident individual, with drive and enthusiasm, coupled with a resilient positive attitude to fill this role. You must demonstrate excellent organisational skills and a flexible approach to your work.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. 

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

Salary: £19,500.00-£28,500.00 per year.
