Everything seemed to go very smoothly with the sale of my late-Mum's house. An offer was accepted on the house very shortly after the first viewings in early-mid August with completion on 13th November. Although it seemed to take a long time from acceptance of offer to completion, one cannot disregard the possibility that this was influenced by the difficult times we find ourselves in. In any case, we were kept very well informed and suitably re-assured as to progress by weekly bulletins from June Simpson for which we were very grateful.

We found that selling - and buying - during the coronavirus pandemic was a nightmare, but the shining light through the process were the staff at Redbrik.
Meeting Ross was a very pleasant experience. Without feeling that we were being put under any pressure whatsoever, he took us through the selling process and what Redbrik would be doing for us.
As a 'first contact' with your office staff, we felt Emily was a very good ambassador for Redbrik. At the same time, we met with Janet with her friendly and relaxed persona. Again, taking us through the process, with Janet we felt we were in good hands.
Next was Josh, who took the photographs of our property. Well, what can you say? 😊 Again, a very pleasant member of your team but the quality of his work is outstanding… Overall, we were absolutely delighted with the quality of Josh's work… we also thought it was very good seeing the red dots on the plan, showing the position / location from where the photographs were taken.
Redbrik had colleagues working from home... but you managed to maintain your high levels of service.

Used Redbrik to sell our property in November 2020, despite the year it has been and all the complications this created they did a fantastic job and we agree a sale. They took the hassle out of the process, they were professional and prompt and constantly kept us up to date on viewings.
