From the very beginning, it was evident that this company were very different from all of the others. Michael's professionalism and passion for the service they want to give you never faltered. As Tracey took the reigns she listened to everything we required and she helped us through some very difficult times following every query up herself.
I can not say how important communication is especially when you are at the latter point in your sale ...every call was returned and every email replied to. I even got a call when surely she should have finished to see if we were ok.
My experience was a rollercoaster ride but the Redbrik team were there constantly to advise reassure or even sort out issues.

I can't praise Redbrik enough.
I've been so sick of lazy estate agents in the past who ignore your issues, never call you back, "don't receive" rent payments, suddenly discover damage that was ignored on the first inventory, turn up unannounced, and so on.
The people working at Chesterfield's branch are phenomenal. Not once have we been misled, they always phone back when they say they will, they keep in touch whenever there's an issue and they always respond to emails in a timely manner.
I have a receipt for every rent payment, I know exactly where to go for our deposit when we eventually move and I know that if there's any maintenance issues they'll be dealt with.
I sound like the world's fussiest tenant but after the absolute failures that have undeservedly taken our money in the past (Frank Innes for one), it's great peace of mind to know that our estate agents actually give a damn about us. If you're between two or more agents, there's no contest - pick these guys.
