After a recommendation from a friend I decided to go with Redbrik which was one of the best decisions I have ever made, my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. I would strongly suggest that my previous estate agent gets booked in for some lessons from yourselves on marketing and customer service. The appearance and content of the brochure looked fantastic and really emphasised the best features of the house, your photographer is a great asset to your team. Within around ten days my property had been sold for an amount I was more than happy with.
I would advise anyone wishing to sell their property to choose their estate agent wisely. If it’s a professional service they want with attention to detail then Redbrik is the way forward. If the service I received is anything to go by they would not be disappointed.

My initial contact with Redbrik was done via their website to request a call back. The following day I received a phone call to arrange a home visit to provide a valuation. When Mark arrived he demonstrated a professional approach to the situation at the same time as being friendly and approachable with any questions we had.
