He has built and cultivated teams with a highly customer-centric culture that provide a highly personal and professional service. Passionate about delivering the best result for clients, and believing that excellent service derives from a constant search to innovate and find better ways to solve problems. His desire to collaborate with outstanding people and partner organisations, as well as investing in the best systems, technology, training and incentives, is what facilitates Redbrik's growth.
Mark loves sport and is always up for a challenge, especially if it involves raising money. He ran the London Marathon, the 2017 and 2018 Redbrik Chesterfield Half Marathons, and threw himself out of a plane at 13,000ft all in the name of charity.
With over 26 years of estate agency experience and extensive knowledge of the local market, Julie co-founded Redbrik in 2013. She is a top class negotiator with a talent for handling even the most complex sales with her signature down to earth style. She’s always super organised with a gift for recruiting and developing the best talent.
Outside of work she’s partial to a glass of red wine, often (but not always!) accompanied by some Italian food. She loves to travel, ideally to somewhere hot and relaxing.
With almost 20 years experience in the property industry before joining Redbrik in 2015, Peter knows a thing or two about buying, selling and renting properties. Post graduation with a degree in accountancy, Peter realised that wasn’t his chosen path and turned to his Saturday job at Blundells to forge a career. He worked his way up to partner and then became a respected Area Director for Countrywide. He’s energetic, outgoing, approachable and above all very friendly with a strong commitment to customer service.
Peter has played many sports from an early age including football, squash, tennis and golf and can’t resist a challenge if you offer him one, but remember he likes to win! He also loves good food and wine, holidays abroad, preferably somewhere warm, though he would like to be a better skier if he had the time!
After completing a degree in music, Michael somehow wound up in estate agency and found his niche working for some of the largest agencies in both Sheffield and London. He has over 10 years of experience in all aspects of the industry and takes a hands-on approach to every property sale. Michael primarily works out of our Crystal Peaks office and uses his extensive knowledge of the local market to value properties in Sheffield.
Michael has a keen interest in Football and Rugby and continues to play the piano whenever he gets the opportunity.
James has worked in the industry for more than 20 years and previous employers include Saxton Mee and Spencers,where he gained a Postgraduate Diploma in Property Management and Valuation.
Outside of work, James is married with two children and enjoys trying to keep fit whether it's through football, golf or visiting Trib3 gym on Ecclesall Road. He also tries to do Park Run with his oldest son when work allows.
James has also supported Sheffield United all his life and has recently introduced his two young sons to the joys and disappointments of visiting Bramall Lane!
Having almost 35 years experience in estate agency, Jed is passionate about helping people buy and sell properties across West Sheffield and the Hope Valley. He studied Estate Management & Business Studies in Sheffield & London during the early 1980s and was a Partner at Blundells from 1992 – 2005. Jed has a gift for valuing and marketing properties, his knowledge and awareness of the market is second to none and the sheer number of people that won’t settle for anyone else when it comes to selling their home is a testament to the reputation he rightly deserves.
Outside of work he enjoys music, including playing, buying and selling guitars as well as fly fishing, walking Branson, the family Labrador and acting as chief chauffeur and head of entertainment for his two sons.
Having worked in the property industry since she was fresh out of university in 2011, Emma started out as a negotiator and quickly worked her way up through the ranks in at previous employers Blundells and William H Brown. She thoroughly enjoys her role at Redbrik as every day she meets different people and gets to value some beautiful homes throughout Derbyshire!
In her spare time Emma can usually be found socialising with friends and family, planning a city break or renovating her new home - a small cottage in Chesterfield!
Ross’s first job was in sales for a hydraulics company before making the move to estate agency in 2012. Like so many of the Redbrik team, he has a calm and friendly approach and prides himself on his customer service. The satisfaction he gets from helping clients negotiate the best price for their home is evident for all to see. He’s extremely passionate about the property industry, his beloved Dronfield (we think he’s a secret member of the Dronfield Tourist Board) and is looking to build his own rental portfolio.
Out of the office, Ross can be found either playing football for the local Dronfield team or supporting Sheffield United. A lover of good food, holidays and battling it out with the other Redbrik ‘boys’ for ‘best-dressed male’!
Claire joined the industry in 2005 and went straight into a trainee valuer role due to her proven track record and skill in sales. Over her first seven years of bringing properties to the market, her vendors enjoyed great success, selling quickly and achieving the best price due to her honest and candid approach. Moving into Branch and then Area Management, Claire has carried this ethos throughout her property career with her teams and for her clients.
Apart from her shoes, Claire's best accessory is her smile and never greats a customer without it. Warm and friendly with the best advice, Claire will guide you through your property transaction to make moving easy and hopefully a little less stressful.
Kirstie really knows how to look after vendors and ensure a smooth sale, so oversees all our customers’ interactions with Redbrik. With over 30 years of experience in customer service, she ensures all Redbrik’s people and processes are well placed to provide first-rate service for every one of our customers.
An outdoor girl who enjoys putting on her wellies and getting out into the countryside with her German Shorthaired Pointer. Kirstie is passionate about cooking, loves entertaining and keeps fit with regular spin classes in Chesterfield.
Tracey has worked in the local estate agency sector for more than 13 years and bring lots of negotiating experience to Redbrik. She is a qualified domestic energy assessor, which adds an extra string to her bow. She delivers outstanding customer experience and enjoys meeting the vendors and making their property journey as smooth as possible.
Tracey spends her spare time with her husband Matt travelling the world together. She enjoys winter ski holidays as well as scuba diving in exotic locations like the Maldives. Tracey is a Leicester Tigers season ticket holder and loves a glass of prosecco!
Tom has a genuine passion for property and has gained over 15 years of experience in the property industry. Priding himself on exceptional levels of customer service and building strong client relations.
Having covered nearly all aspects within the sector, Tom’s professional, enthusiastic and approachable manner makes him an ideal fit for the Redbrik brand.
Away from work, Tom is married with two young children, Freddie & Millie. An avid Sheffield Wednesday supporter, Tom also enjoys an early morning Gym session and when times allows socialising with friends at one of the many bars along Ecclesall Road.
Jen began her career in estate agency in 2007 after gaining a degree in Communication Studies from Sheffield Hallam University. Jen has extensive local knowledge and over 13 years industry experience, having previously worked as a Branch Manager for ELR.
In 2016 Jen decided to broaden her knowledge of estate agency and joined Redbrik as part of the Lettings team, triggering her swift promotion to Land & New Homes Manager. Jen now oversees our thriving Land & New Homes division and deals with all aspects of our new build developments, from pre-construction consultancy, co-ordination of marketing activities, negotiation & sales, and client relationship management.
Outside of work Jen enjoys entertaining for friends & family, 80s classic movies, attending live music events and has recently started learning to play the piano.
With over ten years’ experience covering all aspects of estate agency, Gemma is a real asset to the Sales department. Previously a Property Consultant at our Crystal Peaks office, she has won past company awards including Negotiator of the Year and Outstanding Customer Service. Her extensive property knowledge extends to appraisals, negotiation and sales progression.
Gemma can usually be found running around after her two small children or renovating her new home. Her other interests include shopping, lunching and drinking – preferably all at the same time! She also loves to travel and particularly loves holidaying in the Middle East.
Bozena joined Redbrik in 2019 but began her career in property in 2014, and has a wide range of experience in residential sales, lettings, new homes and commercial property. Bozena also speaks four languages; English, German, Dutch and Bosnian.
Outside of work, she loves a good boogie, travelling and animals – particularly her dog Missy!
Sandra began her career in the beauty industry, working for prestigious brands such as Lancôme and L'Oreal and has since worked as a Sales Manager in the Land and New Homes Sector for over fifteen years.
Covering all aspects of land and new homes from land appraisals and securing land deals to site set up, she has worked with developers both local and national. Her favourite part of the job is the finishing touch of handing over keys to excited clients as they move into their new home.
Out of work, Sandra can usually be found with a glass of wine working in the garden helped by Boot the dog.
Vicki has a great deal of local knowledge, having lived in Sheffield her whole life. She has worked in estate agency as a negotiator for 17 years and loves getting the best price for clients, while helping buyers and sellers alike through the sales process.
Outside of work, Vicki enjoys skiing, cooking, gardening and foreign travel. She also loves to keep fit by going to Pilates and running around after her two young grandchildren.
Louise has more than 15 years’ experience in estate agency and her friendly and relaxed approach ensures she remains calm in every situation. Louise very much enjoys managing the property journey and working with customers to oversee a property from instruction to completion.
In her spare time, Louise is a big fan of the outdoors – especially going for walks around Padley Gorge. She also has a passion for watching live shows from music to comedy and can often be found playing host to her friends – which involves cooking and listening (even dancing) to music while enjoying a glass of wine.
Loraine has worked as a negotiator for over 22 years in both Sheffield and Chesterfield. Having previously worked for two other agents, she jumped at the chance to join Redbrik in 2013, making her the fifth member of staff.
She lives in Sheffield with her partner and little pup Stanley. She loves travelling and regularly goes to Spain to visit some of her family. On a weekend, it’s not unusual to find Loraine in a lovely restaurant accompanied by a chilled bottle of Sauvignon Blanc!
With over 19 years industry experience and a nomination for ESTAS People’s Choice Award for customer service, it’s not difficult to see what Liz adds to the team here at Redbrik. Having also clocked up almost 30 years of marriage, needless to say, her negotiation skills are excellent!
Outside of work Liz can be found walking her dogs at Chatsworth, enjoying the Derbyshire countryside, travelling and enjoying the odd Jedward concert (yes, seriously!).
After leaving school at 16, Holly went straight into estate agency as an administrator. She has previously worked for companies such as Location and Bairstow Eves, where she worked her way up through negotiator roles and has been in the industry for 11 years.
Holly spends most of her spare time with her husband and dog. She goes swimming three times a week, and loves dining out with family and friends.
Prior to her role at Redbrik, Natalie worked at Reeds Rains for three years where she gained valuable industry experience in negotiating. Natalie has a varied work history and has previously been self-employed, helping companies with their staff training, and has experience in accounting.
Outside of work, Natalie loves spending time with family and friends – especially her little boy. She also enjoys visiting her family in Ireland and a good natter over a glass of wine.
Emily has a real heart of gold and loves helping people find their perfect home. She came into estate agency in 2010 and her customer focus and desire to do things in the right way typify the Redbrik ethos. With a fantastic knowledge of both Sheffield and Chesterfield, she makes up the younger generation of Redbrik’s glamorous mother and daughter combo with mum Liz.
In her spare time, Emily enjoys travelling with her husband and honing her already impeccable baking skills - much to the delight of her colleagues, who are huge fans of her fabulous chocolate cakes!
June brings more than 13 years’ experience to the company, having previously worked at Blundells as a sales negotiator.
June is very much a family person, having been married 32 years. She has two grown-up children and three adorable grandchildren, who she loves spending time with. June also loves walking, dining out and the odd glass of fizz – especially while on a cruise!
Janet has more than 20 years’ experience within the property industry and has a real passion for the sector. She loves seeing a property coming onto the market and seeing the sale all the way through to the handing over of the keys, with a satisfied seller and buyer.
She loves going on family holidays, keeping fit at the gym, and socialising with family and friends, she is also a self-confessed shopaholic!
Jessica has worked in estate agency in the local area since 2016. Previously a sales manager in our Crystal Peaks branch, she has now joined our Land & New Homes department. She loves helping buyers find their dream home and tries to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Outside of work Jessica is busy planning her wedding to her fiancé Tom and loves skiing & city breaks. At the weekends she loves to bake and go on long walks with her dog Beau.
Lewis has more than three years’ experience within the property sector. He originally started as a marketing apprentice and gained a Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma in Digital Marketing.
He enjoys visiting the gym and has previously run the Sheffield 10K – he has hopes of continuing this and going for the Redbrik Chesterfield Half Marathon. He’s a big foodie and loves trying new restaurants, especially if they serve Thai food! He also loves long walks in the country with his two dogs, Milo and Teddy.
Having worked in the property industry for over 15 years in the south west of Sheffield in various roles, Sarah brings a wealth of experience and knowledge. She is now looking forward to a new challenge within the Land and New Homes Team at Redbrik.
Outside of work Sarah enjoys socialising with friends and family. Sarah and her family love travelling and enjoy nothing more than a week in the mountains skiing.
Before working at Redbrik, Abi studied Education and Learning at Sheffield Hallam University. She started her journey as Lettings Negotiator with Redbrik in January 2016 and since then she has completed the NFOPP Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management, enabling Redbrik to become ARLA registered. She is currently studying the Level 4 Property Mark qualification in Residential Lettings and Property Management.
This resulted in Abi's subsequent promotion to the role of Lettings Manager in Chesterfield where she manages the day to day running of the lettings office and takes charge of lettings valuations.
Abi is a keen gym-goer and loves spending time with her friends, whether it’s out for a lovely dinner or at the pub!
With more than 12 years in the industry, Sarah has worked previously in lettings for Mike Jolly Estates and Blundells. In her role as Lettings Negotiator, Sarah manages a number of our Sheffield properties across the city. She loves working closely with landlords and tenants to ensure a quality management service is provided throughout for all parties. Sarah is a very enthusiastic member of the team who never fails to enter the office with a smile.
Outside of work, Sarah loves to ride and care for her friends’ horse, Chardonnay, and enjoys dining out (which usually involves a glass or two of red wine). Being a sun worshipper, she also loves a trip to the family home in Spain – as long as good weather is forecast!
Sarah started her career in banking before channelling her talent for customer service into Lettings, where she quickly worked her way up to Lettings Negotiator. She deals with the whole process from start to finish including dealing with viewings, applications and maintenance. Her favourite part of the job is helping Landlords find the right tenants for their properties and guiding first-time landlords through the process.
Sarah loves holidays in Italy, where she enjoys taking her two children to make the most of the sunshine and yummy food!
With more than 14 years in the industry, Zoe's previous employers include Blundells and Spencers. In her role as a Lettings Negotiator, Zoe supports renters through the application process right the way through to the final check out and advise where needed. She is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and feels it is one of the main parts of her role ensuring all parties are happy and satisfied.
When she’s not working, Zoe loves spending time with her husband and young son. She is also a keen cook, enjoys the joy of gin and really loves going to the theatre.
Before joining Redbrik, Emily worked for a property development company and spent over three years overseeing their lettings department. In her role at Redbrik, Emily manages a number of properties, based within Sheffield City Centre and surrounding areas. Emily enjoys building and maintaining relationships with both landlords and residents, ensuring an excellent service is always provided and has plenty of enthusiasm.
Outside of work Emily loves spending quality time with her young son, being out in the countryside on long walks, and enjoys a glass of wine or three!
Alex started his career in lettings, where he completed an apprenticeship with Toseland Properties at the age of 17. Following a stint of travelling and working in Tenerife, he then worked as a Senior Sales Negotiator with Hunters, where he also gained his Level 3 in Residential Sales qualification. At Redbrik, Alex has worked in both Sales and Lettings in our Chesterfield offices. Now in Lettings, Alex manages a wide portfolio of properties helping landlords and tenants with all aspects of their property journey.
Alex and his partner recently bought their first home together and spend every moment they can renovating the property. He’s a keen dog person, a huge film fan and loves being up to date with the latest technology and gadgets.
Prior to working in the property industry, Jen spent 10 years working in design and marketing in Sheffield. She has spent the last six years working with multiple property brands, with a strong focus on lettings, which has given her a wealth of experience working in a predominantly investor market and a love for working in a fast-paced city environment. Now heading up Sheffield Lettings, Jen loves working in the thriving city market, bringing her enthusiasm, meticulous organisation and passion for customer service to an already fantastic team.
Outside of work, Jen loves spending time with her little boy and husband. She loves a challenge and in the last few years has completed the Yorkshire 3 peaks, Total Warrior and a 100-mile bike ride - all to help raise money for charity.
Georgina has worked in residential lettings for 5 years, coverings all aspects of lettings from viewings to property management. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, walks in the countryside, reading and watching crime dramas. A naturally friendly person, she also enjoys socialising with friends, meeting new people and going out for food in new places.
Taking photos is what Josh relishes, from houses to scenery to the latest trainers. Throughout his career, he has worked in sales and customer care, and likes nothing better than making sure the customer is happy with the service provided to them. Interested in photography since he was a young boy, he's now turned his life-long passion into his career, photographing the homes of Redbrik customers beautifully.
When he’s not working, trainers and fashion are his top interests, from collecting the most sought after trainers to taking pictures at one-off events hosted around the UK.
Andy is our super-creative photographer responsible for making our properties really look their best. With over 14 years experience of working in photography, Andy also has a background within design and marketing which allows him to bring his wealth of expertise when both designing the floor plans and getting the right shots of your property.
When Andy’s not ‘trying to keep fit’ he’s often found counter balancing the effect by socialising or pursuing one of his other interests - film, art (painting bad examples) going to see live music and star gazing.
Taking photos is what Martin loves. He has an artistic flair for photographing homes and finding innovative angles to really make your property stand out from the crowd. His rich career has also seen him spend five years in the music industry, where he worked on behalf of numerous artists and toured the UK, Canada and the US.
Martin has a real passion for architecture, enjoys most sport, but especially playing and watching football and golf. He is chairman of Parkhead Cricket Club, always first to know about the latest gadgets, taking in a music gig and still finds plenty of time for his two kids.
Rebecca has over 12 years of estate agency experience and joined Redbrik to continue a working relationship with Julie and Mark that stretches back almost a decade. In her role as Applicant Manager, Rebecca acts as the Cilla Black of the property world by looking to match people to their perfect property. Full of energy, she is incredibly knowledgeable about the local property market and loves nothing more than matching a property to a client before it even comes on to the market.
Outside of work she is kept busy by her two young sons. She is also a perfect partner in crime for Julie in their twin habits of shopping and drinking wine.
Jacqueline is our super bubbly sales promoter who joined Redbrik to continue her 8 year career in estate agency and to reunite with her ‘other shoe’, our Applicants Manager Becky. Prior to working in property, Jaqui worked in banking.
Jacqui is kept busy by her two daughters and enjoys holidays with the family, eating out and the odd glass of wine.
Tammy started her career as an office manager at Knight Frank Chartered Surveyors, where she worked for eight years, gaining valuable skills in customer service. Following the birth of her first child, Tammy took out two years to dedicate her time to her most rewarding role – being a full-time mum. When she came back to work, Tammy found her way into estate agency and loves to look after her clients by helping them find the perfect property.
Tammy has been married for over 14 years and shares a home with her husband and two children. Her childrens' hobbies tend to make up most of her spare time!
Emily has joined Redbrik on a year-long apprenticeship, at the end of which she will achieve an NVQ qualification in Property Estate Agency – Residential Sales. She is keen to learn all about the industry and her duties include booking appraisals, viewings and providing feedback to vendors.
Outside of work, Emily loves to swim at Queen’s Park Swimming Pool.
Liz is living her dream on a daily basis – as a young girl, she always knew that she wanted to become an estate agent. She has a huge passion for property and absolutely loves helping people find their dream homes. Liz has over 18 years’ experience in selling houses in Chesterfield and still loves every minute of it.
When she’s not at work, Liz loves going to the gym and spending time with family and friends. Her little boy, Sam, and West Highland Terrier, Ted, keep her extremely busy.
Lynn started her career in estate agency in 2004 after relocating back to Sheffield from London. Following a break from the sector to work as travel agent she brings her enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service to the Redbrik family.
In her spare time Lynn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, including Marley the cat as well as shopping, walking, talking and drinking – although preferably not all at the same time!
Having embarked on a career as an estate agent in 2005, Lynsey started her career as a trainee negotiator, before progressing to Branch Manager/Valuer. She spent the majority of her career - 10 years - working as a Branch Manager at Haybrook Estate Agents, selling properties across South West Sheffield.
Lynsey's style of estate agency is being completely focused on customer service and making each experience an enjoyable one.
Outside of work, she loves holidays, sun and food. Lynsey and her husband are always looking for new restaurants to try and would consider themselves 'foodies'! She also enjoys snowboarding in the French Alps and attends yoga once a week just to make sure her chakra is aligned.
Emma loves helping people and building strong relationships. She’s using all her past experience as a marketing assistant to help our buyers find the homes of their dreams. Her previous roles within the legal profession have provided her with the tools she needs to provide excellent customer service and exceptional organisation.
Emma’s 18-month-old daughter keeps her busy outside of work and they frequently attend toddler groups together. Emma also enjoys socialising with friends and family, taking her dog on long walks in the country, travelling abroad and keeping fit at the gym.
Emi brings with her a wealth of experience in customer service, having set up her own cafe/restaurant, The Lilypad, in Chesterfield in 2014. She enjoyed growing the cafe team and building its reputation as a new and fresh cafe concept, inspired by Australia where she lived for a year. She now applies her skills in customer service to Redbrik's vendors and buyers, ensuring everyone receives only the best service.
In her spare time, she loves socialising with friends and family (especially going out for food, and lots of it!) and enjoy the odd glass/bottle of wine!
Rebecca brings with her a wealth of experience in recruitment, customer service and estate agency. Following a break in her career to raise her young family, she started her next adventure with Redbrik's contact centre.
Out of work she enjoys going to the gym, socialising with friends, a good spa day and spending time with her two children and husband. She enjoys frequent trips to the Peak District and loves to find a spot in a cosy pub on a Sunday to have dinner with the family. Travel is one of Rebecca's greatest passions so she always makes sure she has lots of trips and holidays to look forward to.
Jade has over twenty years of customer service and sales experience, mostly in Recruitment. She has recently returned to work after taking a short break in her career to raise her children. She joins Redbrik’s brand new & exciting customer contact department, where she will apply her knowledge & skills to the whole customer experience for the agency.
Outside of work, she enjoys keeping fit either running outdoors, at the gym or on her beloved Peloton bike as well as going on holiday with her children and husband.
With experience in Recruitment and Commercial and Residential property management, Andrea has a life-long passion for first-class customer service. She brings her warm personality and thorough approach to Redbrik, ensuring every customer gets the support and advice they need. Always optimistic, organised and resourceful, you'll never see her without a smile.
Outside of work she enjoys eating out, sunny destinations and chasing her twins around.
Thea’s previous employers include Treetops Nursery and Lilypad Café, and she brings a tremendous amount of customer service experience to her role at Redbrik.
Alongside her day job, Thea also owns her own clothing business called All Black Everything. She also enjoys socialising with friends, travelling and fine dining.
Showing properties is a bit of an art and Carmel loves nothing more than finding prospective purchasers what they really want. Calm and understanding, her caring approach typifies Redbrik’s philosophy to helping buyers find their dream homes. She takes the time to get to know the properties she’s selling and will always be on hand to answer those all important questions.
When the team in the office aren’t filling her diary with appointments, Carmel loves to spend her time with husband Gary and her four sons. A football nut, she takes every opportunity to watch her beloved Chesterfield FC. Like many of her colleagues, she enjoys a glass of wine, so she fits in nicely with the Redbrik family!
Lindsey began her career in medical sales, specialising in cardiology and covering London and the south of England. Since joining Redbrik, Lindsey has found that she loves doing viewings – her chatty nature means she has excellent customer service and she thrives on helping people find their perfect property.
Outside of work, Lindsey’s time is taken up by her two children – Charlie and Darcey. She loves spending time trying to get fit with her friends at the gym, though she does prefer spending her time drinking prosecco and having a giggle. When she can, she likes to travel and eat a lot of sushi!
Rebecca started her career in national sales and marketing. A qualified Home Economist, many of her roles have been in the food industry. She now combines working part-time for Redbrik with teaching cookery - a real "foodie " with a passion for teaching people about good food and nutrition.
Since joining Redbrik, Rebecca has found that she loves doing property viewings - her approachable nature means she has excellent customer service and thrives on helping people find the perfect property.
Outside of work, Rebecca has a large family and loves to entertain. She also enjoys gardening and the outdoor life - long dog walks with a stop off at a country pub is her favourite pastime.
Lydia is joining Redbrik's Customer Contact Centre with over 5 years experience in customer service. Having worked with businesses such as Specsavers, Lydia goes above and beyond for her clients when booking viewings, appraisals and handling customer queries.
Lydia is a recent Neuroscience graduate from the University of Nottingham. Outside of work, Lydia is an avid singer and performer.
