Deposits vary from property to property and all depend on the rental price. As a compliant agent we will take no more than five weeks rent as a deposit.

The legal minimum tenancy is six months, however, this could change in line with the Renters (Reform) Bill. The average tenancy is around 12 months.

You will be expected to give one month's notice before the end of your fixed term tenancy to your Landlord in line with your rent start date.

If the maintenance required is due to wear and tear or property failure, your landlord will be responsible for the maintenance. However if you have accidentally caused damage, you will be responsible to pay for this.
