At Redbrik, our staff are at the heart of everything we do, from marketing properties to delivering the very best in customer service.
We love to watch people learn, develop and grow their knowledge within our company. We are proud to offer opportunities to young people and help them to advance their careers whilst being mentored by experienced members of our team.
In June 2020, Alice Hughes joined as Redbrik’s first placement student, taking a year out of her university studies to work alongside our Communications Manager, Maddy Barber, and develop her understanding of marketing in the property industry.
Speaking about her time at the company so far, Alice commented: “The hands-on experience that Redbrik offers is invaluable and allows me to explore so many aspects of marketing on a daily basis. The placement has been really exciting so far, and I can’t wait to see what’s in store for the rest of my time here.”
Ellie Machon has recently joined the Chesterfield Sales & Lettings Team as a Junior Estate Agent. During her apprenticeship, Ellie will be shown the ropes by experienced members of the team whilst completing her Level 2 qualifications through Babington College.
The drive to develop young talent is led by our Managing Director, Mark Ross, who undertook a placement year whilst at University himself, and recognises the importance of career guidance at a young age.
Claire Madej, Talent & HR Manager, was appointed earlier this year to identify and mentor young talent as they begin their working lives. Claire’s role and expertise are instrumental in Redbrik’s forward-thinking approach to recruitment.
Applications are still open for our 2021/22 Marketing, PR & Communications placement year, find out more about the roles and how to apply here.
