A case of you get what you pay for!
I found the staff professional, courteous and efficient throughout the sale of my house.
Redbrik may not be the cheapest in the market, but their expertise in the process from start to finish will recoup the difference and more in the sale price - at least it did in my case!
Key areas where I think they have the edge is:
1) Presentation of the house: photography and house plans. That gets more people through the door.
2) Price negotiation - it's at this point that they really came into their own. Natalie got me a price several thousand above the level I might have otherwise been willing to accept.
3) Timely progress - subsequent to agreeing a price, Natalie unfailingly kept me abreast of updates and ensured that the process moved along as quickly as possible, by chasing the buyers/solicitors when necessary.
4) Final stages - Natalie was the experienced, level head that helped calmly navigate a few last minute demands from the buyers.
I would use Redbrik again!
I needed to sell my mother’s property and after checking out various estate agents, opted to go with Redbrik. At no time have I regretted that decision. Their professionalism has been impressive, and the good communication, regular updates and ongoing support excellent. I don’t intend selling another property any time soon, but if I had to, Redbrik would definitely be my No. 1 choice, and I would happily and unreservedly recommend them to others.
