We will work with you every step of the way through the application and referencing process. You will be asked to fill out an application form and we will then undertake reference checks. Referencing is important for our landlords to ensure that the right tenant is matched to their property. Our team are lettings experts and will guide you through the move-in process. We will ensure that you fully understand your tenancy agreement at the point of signing and we are, of course, available at any point to answer any questions you may have.
If your Landlord has chosen a Fully Managed Service, then the same Lettings Negotiator who moved you in will be responsible for managing the property and looking after you during your tenancy.
If your Landlord has chosen an Introduction Only Service then all contact, including paying the rent, will be direct with the Landlord.
