Redbrik launches new intelligent website

We are pleased to launch our new intelligent website with a host of features making it easier for customers to buy and sell property.

The new website has been developed to make searching for a new home much simpler with customers now able to request a viewing at the click of a button.

Mark Ross, director at Redbrik, with offices in Chesterfield and Sheffield, said: “We’ve worked extremely hard on the new Redbrik website to ensure it offers the very best user experience for all of our customers.

“We think the design is stunning and shows how we’ve evolved as a business, exemplifying how we sell and let homes for vendors and landlords.”

The improved search function now loads instantly, with dedicated areas to help customers find new home developments, chain free, investment and development properties.

For vendors, a new feature allows customers to request a home valuation directly with Redbrik, as well as an instant valuation tool that provides an estimated property value in 60 seconds.

Mark continued: “The functionality of the site is significantly improved – it’s much easier to use and has a whole set of new features to help our customers with buying, selling, letting and renting their homes.

“It also works wonderfully on mobile and tablet devices, with easy to view property photos, floor plans and 3D walkthroughs that showcase the fantastic properties we have on offer.

“Last year, we launched our property and lifestyle magazine, and the website really compliments the publication. We’ve added in lots of new lifestyle features, including comprehensive guides to some of the most popular areas across the region, a Redbrik Loves guide and an online version of a magazine, all in one place.”

Redbrik was founded in January 2013 by directors Mark Ross and Julie Bulheller and currently employs more than 45 staff.
