◆ Looking after a portfolio of developments and maintaining a close working relationship with clients, while using the most effective marketing tools to encourage viewings and ultimately offers.
◆ Negotiating an offer to a successful agreed sale and then progressing that sale through to completion, keeping all parties and property records updated every step of the way.
◆ Liaising closely with solicitors, surveyors and mortgage lenders and any other agents in the property chain.
◆ Honesty, integrity and bags of confidence, delivering a gold standard service to every single client.
◆ Sales and negotiating experience is essential.
◆ Great life skills and good general knowledge.

Well, what can I say, my work environment is great, my colleagues are welcoming and extremely helpful and the atmosphere is always pleasant no matter the 101 things to do.
On my first week with Redbrik I was introduced to all the branches followed by meeting and going on appointments with the property consultants to understand different aspects of the business and understand how the business works as one. As well as this I was introduced to an incredible lettings team and Redbrik’s amazing marketing team who really are a credit and whose vision of marketing homes is unique.
