Overnight news broke that the Housing Secretary, Robert Jenrick, is expected to announce the housing market in England can resume, with estate and letting agents able to return to work.
At Redbrik, by working from our homes, we have remained available to our clients throughout the lockdown period, and this will continue. We look forward to reopening our offices and doing property viewings and valuations safely. While we expect this to be from Monday 18 May, please contact us today if you are looking to book either a physical or virtual viewing or property valuation.
While we have received limited guidance from industry bodies, we are awaiting specific instructions from the government to ensure all our appointments can be undertaken safely, with no unnecessary or additional risk for our clients and staff.
The interest in the property market has remained high throughout the restrictive period, and we are delighted that we have over 500 outstanding viewings to organise. However, our focus will be on ensuring all these appointments are carried out safely.
We will be regularly updating you via our social media channels, and we look forward to hearing from you if you are looking to move. We are excited to get you all moving again, so please contact us to book either a physical or virtual viewing or property valuation.
