So when it came to creating the fourth version of our website (yes, this is our fourth in just over five years), we wanted the best showcase for the properties we are entrusted to market and manage. But we also wanted to show people how far we have come as a business and really highlight to everyone all the things we actually do and what we are all about.

While nothing will ever replace the emphasis we place on human interaction and the personal advice we can give, we have been able to add functionality to redbrik.co.uk that will make the process of moving (with Redbrik) so much more efficient.
You are now able to request viewing and valuation times direct from the website. When you’ve booked a viewing, you will automatically receive a confirmation email, directions and the opportunity to give immediate feedback or make an offer.
As a buyer or seller, you will be able to monitor the progress of your sales by logging in to your personal PropertyFile account via our website. As a Landlord all your documents, statements and information are stored in the online account and Tenants can report problems directly into their PropertyFile App.
It is in our nature to design a beautiful looking website, but we also wanted the functionality to be instinctive, yet new. We really feel the way you can navigate redbrik.co.uk delivers on this front. You can search for the properties, and the ‘instant load’ function means the search reacts the moment you change your requirements, without the need to continually hit search. It also cleverly suggests properties you might have missed or not considered.

The new site has also given us a home to showcase all the Charity and Community work we love to get involved in. Over the last few months, we have been delighted to donate to five more worthy regional organisations, and we continue to support a great many others.
We hope our involvement with these fantastic groups can further highlight the work they do and inspire others.
However, we don’t stop here. While we love the new site, believe it or not, we are already working to add in more functionality and push it forward to create our fifth version redbrik.co.uk. With technology and customer expectations continually changing we have to ensure we continue to offer the best experience when moving home.
