Along with most of the UK I’ve just finished watching the Wimbledon Men’s Final. What an amazing and well earned win for Murray. He’s talked a lot recently about the importance of the team around him and how he’s put some serious effort into assembling the best possible group of staff and supporters to enable him to win.
So in sport as it is in business, and the match got me thinking about the REDBRIK team, especially as we have recently taken on a new team member. Rebecca Haslam, who has 12 years of estate agency experience, joined us in June as our Applicants Manager. We’re fairly unusual to have someone dedicated to matching applicants with properties, but we feel this is a really important aspect of giving a personal level of service that is one step ahead of the competition. This year we’ve sold six properties before they have even gone on the market by proactively using our database and contacts and carefully matching applicants to properties. That’s why if you’re looking for a property, it’s important to register with us so that we can alert you first when a real gem comes on to the market!
Another key person in our winning team is our fabulous photographer Andy Greatorex. Andy uses his creativity to sell houses through beautiful lifestyle focused images. Instead of just a standard image per room, he will focus on the unusual features in a room, such as colourful tiles in a Victorian fireplace, to really try to bring a home to life.
So whilst Andy’s team has got him the coveted trophy, ours has contributed to REDBRIK achieving over 100 instructions since the business started in January. May our success (and Team Murray’s) continue!
