Full-Time Sales Manager/Negotiator – Crystal Peaks
We are looking for a full-time Sales Manager/Negotiator to join our busy, expanding team at our fabulous office located within Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre.
You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 9am till 5.30pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9am till 4pm.
As a Sales Manager/Negotiator, your role is to manage a portfolio of residential sales properties and deliver unprecedented levels of customer service to our clients.
Your priority is to identify potential buyers and negotiate the best possible sale price for your vendors and follow and monitor the sales progression process to successful completion. If you have gained similar experience in a similar role, this would be advantageous.

What you will be doing…
Speaking with new and existing vendors on a daily basis and using the most effective marketing tools to help encourage property viewings and promote and sell your properties.
Negotiating offers and agreeing on sales while maintaining a close working relationship with your vendors and buyer and guiding and advising them through the sales progression process.
Liaising closely with solicitors, mortgage lenders, and surveyors and any other agents in the chain.
Making sure administrative records are kept up-to-date before, during and after a sale has been agreed.
