Part-Time Applicant Manager – Millhouses/Sheffield

We are looking for a part-time Applicant Manager to join our busy expanding team at our lovely Millhouses office.

You will be required to work 1 in 2 Saturdays, 9am till 4pm, and ideally be available to work Monday, Tuesday and alternate Wednesdays, 9am till 5.30pm.

We have some flexibility with these hours so please let us know if we can help.

As an Applicant Manager, you are a key player at the forefront of our business, an ambassador for Redbrik, delivering unprecedented levels of customer service and exceeding our customer’s expectations.  Your role is to passionately promote our properties, identify and generate new business opportunities, and keep in touch with our future sellers and buyers by managing and updating our client database.

What you will be doing…

Speaking with our customers over the telephone and meeting and greeting new and existing customers in the branch.

Handling all inbound property inquiries, booking viewings and market appraisals, speaking to viewers about property feedback and registering those all-important offers.

Generally being extra friendly and helpful and informative when speaking to our customers about their property requirements and ultimately going that extra mile to find them their forever home.

POSITION CLOSED Full-Time Sales Manager – Chesterfield

We are looking for a full-time Sales Manager to join our busy expanding team at out fabulous Chesterfield office.

You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 9am till 5.30pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9am – 4pm.

As a Sales Manager, your role is to manage a portfolio of residential sales properties and deliver unprecedented levels of customer service to our clients.  Your priority is to identify potential buyers and negotiate the best possible sale price for your vendors and follow and monitor the sales progression process to a successful completion.  If you have gained similar experience in a similar role, this would be advantageous.

What you will be doing…

Speaking with new and existing vendors on a daily basis and using the most effective marketing tools to help encourage property viewings and promote and sell your properties.

Negotiating offers and agreeing on sales while maintaining a close working relationship with your vendors and buyer and guiding and advising them through the sales progression process.

Liaising closely with solicitors, mortgage lenders, and surveyors and any other agents in the chain.

Making sure administrative records are kept up-to-date before, during and after a sale has been agreed.
