Marketing

Getting a property let quickly is important and if it looks good people usually want it, so we make sure every property on our books looks its absolute best. Our landscape brochures, innovative photo plans, high resolution photographs, coupled with expert styling advice will highlight your home’s best features and attract tenants quicker. We only use professional photographers who understand the Redbrik philosophy of creating beautiful lifestyle images to capture the character of your property.

Landlord Services

At Redbrik we will use our experience and knowledge to guide you through the process of renting your property. Setting everything up in the right way and taking the time to explain what you need (and what you don’t). Our team have the skills and understanding to set-up successful tenancies and will be there for you throughout.

Introduction Only Service:

Redbrik will advertise your property, carry out all your viewing & references. We also make sure all your legal documentation is prepared ready for the sign up with your applicants at a local branch. Afterwards all the paperwork is passed on to you so you can start your relationship with your new tenants.
Price including VAT – £594.00 per let.

Rent Collect Service:

Ideal if you wish for us to market your property, carry out viewings, references & the sign up. Afterwards all the paperwork will, again come to you but each month we will also collect the rent and pass this onto you. Meaning that if your tenants were to go into arrears we would deal with this for you.
Price including VAT- £250.00 set up fee (per let) + 9% of monthly rent.

Fully Managed Service:

As mentioned above we will deal with all the marketing, viewings, references and the legal documents and guide you each step of the way. We will also collect the rent each month and pass onto you directly but unlike the other services we will also deal with any maintenance queries, carry out all property visits throughout the tenancy and deal with the renewal of your tenancy.
Price including VAT – £250.00 set up fee (per let) + 12% of monthly rent

Please note other costs may be involved with letting your property. Please see below for prices. All include VAT:

Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) – £90.00 (valid for 10 years)
Gas Certificate – £60.00 (valid for 1 year)
Fixed Wire Tests (FWT) – Cost up to £180.00* (valid up to 5 years)
Portable Appliance Test (PAT) – From £80.00* (valid for 1 year)
Inventory – From £100.00* – per let
Key cutting – £7.50 per key
Renewal Of Tenancy – £85.00 (Introduction and Rent Collect Services Only)
Consultancy – £20.00 per hour
Credit Card Charge – 3% on the balance
Withdrawal Fee – Up to £360.00* – the full fee is payable if you withdraw from our managed service at any time.
If Dual Marketed Property – £500.00
*The cost can vary depending on the size of your property and how many items (PAT) are at the property.
