We want to get the best price for your property. That is why we like to work to a percentage of the sale price, not a fixed fee. If you are working to a fixed fee, there is no motivation to work harder to get the best price. Our fee structure means we are incentivised to negotiate the best deal for you.

Our selling fees are typically 1% (plus VAT) depending on the marketing you require. If there is a fee structure that works better for your particular property then we are happy to discuss a bespoke solution.
