New year, new job opportunities

Due to an amazing start to the year, we are able to further expand our sales and lettings business and continue with our ambitious growth plans for 2018.

We are now looking to recruit for the following positions:

 

Full time Lettings Negotiator for our Sheffield office

This is a varied position which involves managing applicants, conducting viewings, negotiating the terms of contracts between Landlord’s and Residents and carrying out a wide range of administrative duties.  This is a full time position and includes working every other Saturday. It is essential that you own a car and have a full driving licence.

* You will manage an existing portfolio of properties and must be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills

* You must be able to show flexibility in your approach to work, possess strong organisational skills, be computer literate, have an excellent telephone manner and be an effective ‘team player’

* We are looking for a confident individual with drive and enthusiasm, coupled with having a resilient positive attitude

* Previous lettings experience is desired although for the right candidate full training will be given

 

Full time Sales Manager for our Sheffield office

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting, marketing and subsequently negotiating and agreeing sales on properties, whilst maintaining a close working relationship with all of your clients and all parties involved in the sales progression process.

This is a full time position and includes working Saturdays on a rota basis. It is essential that you own a car and have a full driving licence.

* You will look after a portfolio of clients properties and must be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills

* You must be able to show flexibility in your approach to work, possess strong organisational skills, be computer literate, have an excellent telephone manner and be an effective ‘team player’

* We are looking for a confident individual with drive and enthusiasm, coupled with having a resilient positive attitude

* Previous experience in a similar position is essential, coupled with knowledge and experience of the sale progression process
