Our revolutionary new service, SecureMove™, has been designed to minimise fall-throughs, speed up the sales process and provide more certainty.

We knew our buyers and sellers deserved a faster, more secure service, so we teamed up with local solicitors Taylor Emmet to create something that would change the game. 

The current national average for sales to progress from their initial listing through to completion is eight and a half months, with searches typically taking around two to four weeks to be completed after a sale is agreed. And with so much mortgage uncertainty at the moment, many people don’t even pay for searches to be completed until after a mortgage offer has been received, further delaying the process.

By legally preparing a property for sale before it goes on the market, SecureMove™ can shave months off this process. Buyers are given access to packs containing all the key property information and searches before any sale is agreed, ensuring any issues are raised very early in the sales process and minimising disruption further down the line.

Since the introduction of SecureMove™, our fall-through rates have dropped to just 8%, undercutting the national average by more than a third.

Currently, we aim for sales to be completed within 90 days, as agreed in advance by both buyers and sellers, and some of our sales have gone through in as little as four weeks.
